Becky Hancock continues to exceed each year’s goals. In May 2006, Becky purchased an existing real estate company and obtained a well-established property management department. In just a year, property management reorganized to ensure that all properties met a minimum expectation of standards and doubled in size. Continuing to set challenging goals, we strive to provide the Wiregrass area with quality rentals and management services.

Governed by the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, we have customized our forms and procedures to best protect our clients and our company from complaints. We continue to educate ourselves with the ever changing laws and guidelines that landlords are experiencing.
